Façade Grant Program

The City of Marietta, to support the development of the downtown district, has created a Façade Grant Program for all business owners and operators within the designated downtown district. The Façade Grant Program was established to encourage economic growth, stimulate private investment, and help create a more inviting downtown area. Selected applicants are eligible to receive reimbursement, up to $5,000, for actual project costs for eligible improvements to the appearance of a building facade!  

Applications will be accepted from July 1 through December 31, but funds are limited.
